Our first project takes us to a charming beach house overlooking the vast sea of Los Cabos. One of its rooms has a large balcony with the perfect setting for the Luxury Screens intervention. The door that connects the interior with the exterior is wide and made of glass, and our clients look forward to enjoying the sea breeze while keeping insects away and allowing the natural flow of light.
When conveying with our client, we decided the best option was to install the VistaView roll-up mosquito net that fits the door dimensions perfectly. In the video, you will be able to appreciate the impressive view of the sea, and thanks to the mosquito net, it is not obstructed at all, allowing you to enjoy it fully. In addition, the VistaView mosquito net is an effective barrier against insect entry, allowing you to keep your door open both day and night without worry.
Three-Column Bioclimatic Pergola Beach House
The second project was on a property with a balcony that offers panoramic views of the immense sea. For most of the year, sunny weather can make it difficult to enjoy outdoor activities like reading a book, eating, or relaxing due to the scorching sun.
Taking into account the concerns and needs of our client, we present the advantages that a bioclimatic pergola can provide to your outdoor space. Due to the dimensions of the available space, a pergola with three independent columns was decided upon, allowing its slats to be opened and closed as necessary using a remote control. Our client will have the flexibility to open the columns depending on the weather, and in the video, you will be able to see how it works.
