“Shape is an added value when it comes to design ideas, but functionality cannot be forgotten,” says architect Enrica Rosellini, in a meeting with students of the Faculty of Design and Communication in the University of Palermo. The Rosellini Architecture Studio has collaborated in the creation of more than half a million square meters in Argentina and in projects in many other Latin American countries; including corporate offices and organizations such as Siemens, Standard & Poors, IBM, and UNICEF.

This is the approach Luxury Screens takes on architectural input. We know that a pergola or a motorized screen makes your home looks better, and we know that everyone wants to live in a place that they enjoy. Nevertheless, the real goal that is trying to be reached when installing an addition like this in a home is to make life easier for the people that are inhabiting the space. This kinds of installations allow inhabitants to enjoy their spaces more and create optimal conditions that promote coexistence with others.

When we approach real estate developers, we seek to share this vision, because in light of the growing real estate market in large urban centers, enabling a better quality of life is a differentiator in the market, and a positive tool to trigger a purchase decision for potential buyers.

With this in mind, we will participate together with our trade alllies in the most important exhibition of the construction industry in Mexico Expo CIHAC 2017, which will be held from October 17 to 21 at Centro Citibanamex  in Mexico City.

Come to learn more about our rotating and decorative pergolas, and our wide range of mosquito net solutions at our stand, C622, during the days of the event.
